Caring & Compassionate Legal Representation in Oregon
Attorney Tim Jones is well known for the results he achieves for his clients, and for the integrity he brings to the courtroom. Many of his million-dollar plus results on behalf of those who have faced serious injury, or lost a loved one, are numbers that clients may note when they view the results page. However, according to Tim, jurors and mediators have determined those large settlements and verdicts are appropriate because “the numbers should rightfully reflect the harm.”
In every case the firm accepts, attorney Tim Jones remains fiercely focused on doing all he can to achieve justice for his clients, and hold those who caused the harm accountable.
Millions have been achieved in verdicts and settlements on behalf of clients in serious injury or wrongful death suits regarding truck and auto accidents, construction and industrial accidents, medical malpractice, maritime injury and death, and civil rights/constitutional law cases.

Litigation can invoke needed change, as seen in the tragic case of Madeline Pitkin, a 26-year-old woman who died in the Washington County Jail in 2014 from dehydration and heroin withdrawal after her repeated pleas for medical assistance were ignored. Attorney Tim Jones represented Pitkin’s family, filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the jail and its medical provider, Corizon Health. His legal efforts exposed systemic failures in inmate care, leading to increased accountability and policy changes to improve medical treatment for incarcerated individuals, particularly those undergoing withdrawal. Similarly, one of Tim Jones’ many 7-figure settlements led to sweeping changes regarding alcohol use by statewide and national chapters of a well-known fraternity.
